ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday announced the establishment of the Army Rocket Force Command to strengthen the country's conventional defense capabilities.

NEW DELHI -- At least 38 people were killed and 62 others injured Thursday after a massive cloudburst hit Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said.
