YEREVAN, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will attend a trilateral meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Washington during Pashinyan's visit to the United States on Thursday and Friday, Armenian state news agency Armenpress said Wednesday.
Citing the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Armenpress said the trilateral meeting is expected to focus on promoting peace, prosperity and economic cooperation in the South Caucasus region.
Pashinyan will also hold a separate bilateral meeting with Trump aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries, it added. ■
