NEW DELHI, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Indian security forces claimed to have gunned down at least three terrorists in the Lidwas area of Indian-controlled Kashmir on Monday.
The Chinar Corps of the Indian Army posted on X that "Three terrorists have been neutralised in an intense firefight. Operation Continues." A search operation was being carried out to look for more terrorists.
A report by "Aaj Tak" TV channel said that among the terrorists killed was the top commander of the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), named Moosa. ■
