Chinese shares close lower Friday

BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed lower on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.33 percent to 3,593.66 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.22 percent lower at 11,168.14 points. ■
