PHNOM PENH -- Fresh durian is Cambodia's fifth fresh fruit allowed to be exported to the Chinese market, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Wang Wenbin said on Tuesday.
In a post on social media, Wang said recently, the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) updated the list of registered orchards and packaging factories for Cambodian fruit exports to China. (Cambodia-China-Durian Export)

NEW DELHI -- At least nine persons died and over six were injured when their vehicles fell into a river following the collapse of a bridge in India's western state of Gujarat on Wednesday, said the local police.
A portion of the four-decade-old Gambhira bridge collapsed in the early hours of the day, thus disrupting the connectivity between Anand and Vadodara cities of the state. As a result of the tragedy, the vehicular flow was adversely affected in the area. (India-Bridge Collapse-Death)

KUALA LUMPUR -- Weaponization of international trade must be met with unity among the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) grouping in order to weather disruptions and maintain a principled stand on free and open trade, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said here on Wednesday.
In his opening address at the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting, Anwar also urged greater intra-regional trade and cooperation as a long-term strategy to counter the disruptive impact of tariffs imposed by the U.S. administration. (Malaysia-ASEAN-Meeting) ■
