JAKARTA -- At least four people were killed Thursday morning after a truck loaded with cement bags lost control and crashed into several vehicles and houses in a village in Indonesia's Bali province.
According to a preliminary report from local police, the accident occurred at around 8:30 a.m. local time in Banjar Bangklet village, Bangli region. The truck reportedly experienced brake failure, causing it to plow into nearby vehicles and residential homes. (Indonesia-Road Accident-Deaths)

BEIRUT -- A member of Lebanon's Hezbollah was killed, and two others injured Thursday in an Israeli drone strike in southwestern Lebanon, said the Lebanese Health Ministry.

MANILA -- A bus carrying students fell into a ravine in Zamboanga del Sur province in southern Philippines on Thursday, killing two and injuring 27 others, authorities said.
