VIENTIANE, June 26 (Xinhua) -- The ninth ordinary session of the Lao National Assembly's ninth legislature concluded on Thursday.
During the session, lawmakers reviewed a comprehensive report on the implementation of the national socio-economic development plan, the state budget, and monetary policy for the first half of 2025, Lao News Agency reported.
The meeting highlighted steady economic growth, with growth rate projected to reach 4.5 percent, driven by the agriculture, industry, and service sectors. ■
