During the NATO summit, U.S. President Donald Trump compared Israel and Iran to kids fighting at school.
"Daddy has to sometimes use strong language," NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said, echoing Trump.
He later clarified it was just a metaphor. Trump took it in stride, joking that Rutte said it "affectionately."
