HONG KONG, June 22 (Xinhua) -- People in Indonesia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and India celebrate the International Day of Yoga on Saturday. This year's theme, "Yoga for One Earth, One Health," encourages people to care for themselves and the Earth.
Yoga is an ancient physical and mental practice that originated in India. It is now practiced in various forms worldwide and continues to gain popularity.
