LONDON, June 20 (Xinhua) -- World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz booked his semifinal berth at the ATP 500 Queen's Club Championships by beating lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech 7-5, 6-4 here on Friday.

Alcaraz, 22, who arrived in London with titles from Rome Masters and French Open, has extended the longest winning streak of his career to 16 matches.

"I'm feeling great," said the Spaniard warming up for his Wimbledon title defending campaign after retaining his clay-court Grand Slam title earlier this month. "The last three matches was in a different surface, so I just try to adapt my tennis the best way possible."

"A lot of things that I can improve, obviously on grass, but right now I'm just really happy with everything," he added.

Alcaraz will face compatriot Roberto Bautista Agut on Saturday as the 37-year-old veteran stunned Danish fourth seed Holger Rune 7-6(7), 6-7(7), 6-2.

Jack Draper of Britain also reached the semifinals after overcoming American Brandon Nakashima 6-4, 7-5, 6-4.

Draper took the first set with an early break but was leveled by Nakashima after a tight second set.

In the deciding set, Draper improved his first serves tremendously to set up a semifinal clash with Jiri Lehecka from the Czech Republic.
