KELANIYA, Sri Lanka, June 12 (Xinhua) -- People celebrated the Poson Poya Day in Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, a day that marks the arrival of Buddhism in the country.
On this day, people here often visit temples with offerings of flowers and incense, participate in pilgrimages, admire the lanterns, and make donations.
