JERUSALEM -- The Israeli military said on Tuesday it had intercepted a projectile launched from the northern Gaza Strip.

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi group on Tuesday night claimed responsibility for launching two missile attacks toward Israel's Ben Gurion Airport.
"We targeted Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, using two ballistic missiles, one of which was a hypersonic," Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said in the statement, aired by Houthi-run al-Masirah TV. (Yemen-Israel-Attacks)

JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday that "significant progress" had been made in negotiations for a hostage release deal with Hamas, but cautioned that it was too early to raise hopes.

BEIRUT -- Two people were killed and one injured on Tuesday morning in an Israeli drone strike on Lebanon's southern border region, according to health and security sources.
The raid on the town of Shebaa "resulted in the martyrdom of two individuals and the injury of one person," said a statement issued by the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health. (Lebanon-Israeli Strikes-Casualties) ■
