BEIJING, June 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks were higher in the morning session on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.54 percent to 3,403 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.89 percent to close at 10,252.69 points at midday. ■
