BEIJING, June 9 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks were higher in the morning session on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.23 percent to 3,393.26 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.62 percent to close at 10,246.65 points at midday. ■
