ISLAMABAD, June 5 (Xinhua) -- Foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) declined by 7 million U.S. dollars during the week ending May 30, the central bank said in a statement on Thursday.
According to the SBP, its total foreign exchange reserves stood at about 11.51 billion dollars by the end of the week.
Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were recorded at approximately 5.09 billion dollars, the statement said.
Total liquid foreign reserves held by the South Asian country came in at around 16.60 billion dollars, the SBP added. ■
