Two explosions rocked Russia's border regions of Bryansk and Kursk overnight, both resulting in bridge collapses and leading to the derailment of passenger trains and causing fatalities, said the Russian Investigative Committee.
The committee on Sunday classified the bridge collapses in the two regions as terrorist attacks.
