Chinese shares close lower Monday

BEIJING, May 26 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed lower on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.05 percent to 3,346.84 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.41 percent lower at 10,091.16 points. ■
