RIZHAO, May 22 (Xinhua) -- China's eastern coastal city of Rizhao in Shangdong Province has launched a 28-kilometer greenway integrating conserved forests, beaches, and wetlands with cultural landmarks. The project interconnects over some scenic areas and traditional villages through boardwalks and seaside plazas. Designed as a sustainable tourism model, the corridor showcases low-impact development principles while offering public access to rehabilitated coastal ecosystems.■
