HONG KONG, May 20 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 jolted Near North Coast of Papua New Guinea at 1505 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 3.12 degrees south latitude and 144.84 degrees east longitude. ■
