NEW YORK, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices fell on Monday.
The West Texas Intermediate for June delivery dropped U.S. 1.16 dollars, or 1.99 percent, to settle at 57.13 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent crude for July delivery lost 1.06 dollars, or 1.73 percent, to settle at 60.23 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange. ■
