SARAJEVO, April 22 (Xinhua) -- Bosnia's Council of Ministers has revised the 2025 budget to allocate 110.17 million KM (64.67 million U.S. dollars) for settling an international arbitration ruling. The case involved Slovenian firm Viadukt and a canceled hydropower deal by Republika Srpska.

To avoid disruption in airspace management, the government approved monthly funding of up to 60.1 million KM for the BiH Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) until Q3 2025. This follows a revenue freeze by EUROCONTROL, the pan-European air traffic management organisation, during enforcement proceedings.

The temporary payments will be treated as loans and repaid once BHANSA's funds are unblocked. (1 KM = 0.59 U.S. dollar)
