KABUL, April 21 (Xinhua) -- Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Zhumangarin arrived in Kabul on Monday to hold talks on bilateral relations, state-run Bakhtar news agency reported.

Welcomed by the Afghan interim government's Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund at the Prime Minister's Office, both sides would discuss matters pertaining to mutual interests, including trade and economic relations, the state-owned news agency said.

This is the second foreign dignitary to visit Afghanistan's capital Kabul since the weekend.

Earlier, Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar paid a one-day visit to Kabul on Saturday and held meetings with Afghan interim government officials.
