NEW YORK, April 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted Solomon Islands at 2025-04-15 15:48:57 GMT on Tuesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 6.58 degrees south latitude and 154.74 degrees east longitude. ■
