KIEV, March 19 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Wednesday he had agreed to an energy and infrastructure ceasefire during a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump.
"One of the first steps toward fully ending the war could be ending strikes on energy and other civilian infrastructure. I supported this step," Zelensky wrote on social media platform X. ■
