In an impressive display of skill and dedication, a female maintenance team is busy examining and maintaining trains at a depot of China Railway Harbin Group Co., Ltd.
Launched in 2023, the female team consists of seven locomotive mechanics with an average age of 24, all possessing bachelor's degree. As spring farming has kicked off in Heilongjiang, China's top grain producer, each mechanic needs to complete maintenance work for 3 locomotives daily to ensure the safe transportation of farming supplies during the spring plowing season.
