China to issue special treasury bonds to support state-owned lenders in replenishing capital

BEIJING, March 5 (Xinhua) -- China will issue 500 billion yuan (about 69.7 billion U.S. dollars) of special treasury bonds this year to support large state-owned commercial banks in replenishing capital, according to a government work report submitted Wednesday to the national legislature for deliberation. ■
