RIYADH, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Yuri Ushakov, the Kremlin's foreign affairs adviser, said Tuesday that the U.S.-Russia talks in Riyadh concluded with "positive" progress.
"It was a serious conversation on all issues," Ushakov said, noting the two sides agreed to take into account each other's interests. ■
