MINSK, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Belarus's gross domestic product reached 20.5 billion Belarusian rubles (6.25 billion U.S. dollars) in January, a 3.7-percent increase year-on-year, the country's National Statistical Committee said Tuesday.
Additionally, the GDP deflator index reached 108.1 percent in January compared to the same period last year, according to the committee.
In 2024, Belarus' economy grew by 4 percent, 0.2 percentage points higher than the government had predicted. ■
