BEIJING, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Super League (CSL) club Tianjin Jinmen Tigers announced the signing of Spanish defender Juan Ros on Tuesday.
"Juan Ros is a tall and versatile player with excellent defensive awareness and a good ability to organize attack," the Tianjin club said in a statement.
"We believe his arrival will further enhance the team's overall strength," the statement added.
Prior to his move to the Tianjin club, the 28-year-old player spent two and a half years in Spanish club Albacete Balompie.
Tianjin Jinmen Tigers, who finished sixth in the CSL last season, will host Meizhou Hakka in its season opener on February 23. ■
