BEIJING, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Featuring folk performances and display of time-honored brands and intangible cultural heritages, the festivity was held here to mark Lichun, or the Beginning of Spring, the first of the 24 solar terms on the Chinese lunar calendar. Lichun falls on Feb. 3 this year.
