SEOUL, Jan. 10 (Xinhua) -- South Korea witnessed a sharp drop in temperature, with the lowest temperature in Seoul reaching minus 17 degrees Celsius.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, a cold wave advisory was in effect for most of the country on Thursday morning.
