SEOUL, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- South Korean police Thursday arrived at the presidential office compound, trying to secure records related to the martial law declaration from the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Yonhap news agency reported.
The JCS headquarters are located in the same compound as the presidential office. ■
