XIONG'AN, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- The east-west axis project, a public transportation network of the start-up zone of Xiong'an New Area, is seeing rapid progress. Stretching 24.8 kilometers, the project incorporates an underground high-speed railway and comprehensive municipal facilities.
