MINSK, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- Belarus' gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 4.2 percent in January-October 2024, the National Statistical Committee of Belarus said on Saturday.
The GDP in current prices amounted to 204.3 billion rubles (62.2 billion U.S. dollars) and the GDP deflator equaled 109.7 percent compared to January-October 2023, said the agency.
Authorities forecast the country's GDP growth in 2024 at 3.8 percent.
In 2023, Belarus' GDP increased by 3.9 percent year-on-year. ■
