GENEVA, Oct. 19 (Xinhua) -- The International School Sport Federation (ISF) and Xinhua News Agency signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) recently for a new cooperation to promote school sports in the world.
The two sides agreed to deepen the exchange and cooperation in the field of news and information in all ISF competitions.
The world school sport governing body moved its headquarters from Brussels, Belgium, to Lausanne, Switzerland in January to extend its connections with the International Olympic Committee, the International Federations and institutes in the country.
China was awarded to host three consecutive ISF Football World Cups from 2024 to 2028 with the 2024 version successfully staged in Dalian in May. ■
