HONG KONG, Sept. 30 (Xinhua) -- Shares in Hong Kong extended their winning streak on Monday, with the Hang Seng Tech Index, tracking 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, surging 7.12 percent to 4,770.25 points by midday Monday.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index soared 3.34 percent to 21,321.97 points by midday, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index jumped 3.56 percent to 7,560.08 points. ■
