ANTANANARIVO, Sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Comorian President Azali Assoumani was slightly wounded with a knife in his country, according to a press release published by the presidency Friday.
While Assoumani was slightly wounded with a knife during a funeral, his injuries were not serious, and he has returned home, said the presidency.
The assailant is already in the hands of the security services, according to the presidency. ■
