Chinese President Xi Jinping, Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan and Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema on Wednesday jointly witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding on the revitalization project of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) railway.
