NEW YORK, Sep. 3 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 109 km WNW of Höfn, Iceland, at 16:31:13 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 2.5 km, was initially determined to be at 64.59 degrees north latitude and 17.35 degrees west longitude. ■
