Ifeanyi Christian Onyebuchi is a Nigerian international student who has been in China for 8 years studying medicine. From 2022, Christian started to study for his master's degree supervised by Zhu Shaojin, director of the Thoracic Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College.
Besides studying theories, Christian has also practiced a lot by assisting surgeries of his supervisor. He hopes that one day he can go back to Nigeria, taking advantages of the medical knowledge he learned in China to meet the needs of his country. (Xinhua/Ma Xinran)
