HANOI, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- While the wholesale market of flowers is packed with people at night, the mobile stalls selling flowers can be seen all over the streets and alleys of Hanoi, adorning more color and fragrance to the beautiful scenery of Vietnamese capital city.
