BEIJING, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted near coast of Nicaragua at 1238 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 59.5 km, was initially determined to be at 11.53 degrees north latitude and 86.93 degrees west longitude. ■
