CHANGSHA, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Several people are unaccounted for after a devastating rain-triggered mudslide struck Yuelin Village in the city of Hengyang, central China's Hunan Province, local authorities said Sunday.
A house in the village was partially washed away, and a preliminary investigation has revealed that several people were buried in the process.
Rescue efforts are underway. ■
