BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhua) -- Luo Baoming, vice chairman of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the 13th National People's Congress, is under investigation for suspected severe violations of Party discipline and the law, according to an official statement on Thursday.
Luo turned himself in and is being investigated by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision, said the statement. ■
