AMMAN, July 8 (Xinhua) -- The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army said on Monday they carried out three airdrops of relief and humanitarian aid targeting several locations in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to the state-run Petra news agency, two Royal Jordanian Air Force planes participated in the operation in cooperation with Saudi Arabia's King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and a plane from Egypt.
The Jordanian Armed Forces said they would continue to send humanitarian and medical aid through aid planes from Marka Airport to Al Arish International Airport, through airdrop operations on the Gaza Strip, or land aid convoys to help the people in Gaza overcome the difficult circumstances.
Since the start of the Israel-Palestine conflict, the Jordanian Armed Forces made 113 airdrops, with an additional 264 airdrops carried out in cooperation with other countries. Enditem.
