TBILISI, July 2 (Xinhua) -- A warplane on Monday crashed in southern Georgia, killing one pilot on board, the Defense Ministry of Georgia said in a statement.
According to the statement, the Su-25 warplane crashed near the military airport of the town of Bolnisi in southern Georgia during "routine training" on Monday.
The cause of the incident is under investigation, it added. ■
