MOSCOW, June 11 (Xinhua) -- A French citizen died from dehydration on Tuesday after attempting to enter the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, RIA Novosti reported.
"Two French citizens attempted to enter the territory of the cosmodrome. They got off the highway and headed towards some tall buildings in the steppe," the report cited a source at the site as saying.
On their way, one of the citizens began to feel ill, and eventually died from dehydration, the report added. ■
