BEIJING, June 5 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Southern Sumatra, Indonesia at 0619 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 3.72 degrees south latitude and 100.65 degrees east longitude. ■
