MOSCOW, May 14 (Xinhua) -- Freight train cars derailed in the southern Russian region of Volgograd due to "outside interference," Russia's RIA news agency reported on Tuesday.
"As a result of interference by unauthorized persons into the operation of railway transport, cars of a freight train derailed at the Kotluban station," said the report. ■
