RIO DE JANEIRO, May 14 (Xinhua) -- Robert Arboleda scored late as Sao Paulo's impressive run of form continued on Monday with a 2-1 home victory over Fluminense in Brazil's Serie A.
Igor Vinicius gifted the visitors the lead with an own goal just before the half hour. But Damian Bobadilla slotted a shot into the bottom-right corner after combining with Juan Silva.
Arboleda put his side ahead with a low 84th-minute strike after a scramble inside the six-yard box, and Sao Paulo secured their third win in four games.
"Our attitude has changed and we're beginning to believe in ourselves," the Ecuador international defender said. "We have a great squad. It's just a matter of working hard and staying committed."
The result lifted Sao Paulo to fifth in the 20-team standings with 10 points from six outings, five points ahead of 17th-placed Fluminense. ■
